Mr. Daniel Rudoy has been a resident of South Florida since 1994. Mr. Rudoy's career began as a title agent and owner of a title company. With over 15 years in the title industry, Mr. Rudoy developed expertise in complex title matters and resolutions.
Acting as title agent, Daniel has closed thousands of residential and commercial transactions throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Rudoy still owns and operates Southeastern Title Company, LLC.
Mr. Rudoy represents individuals, corporations, and developers with residential and commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, development and financing. In addition to representing clients in real estate matters, Daniel also represents commercial lenders in loan preparation, review, and regulatory compliance.
Daniels expertise includes complex real estate transaction, business transactions, commercial lease preparations, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, preparations of operating agreements, acquisitions and sales of businesses. Mr. Rudoy also handles disputes in areas including real estate, landlord-tenant, and advises clients in estate planning matters.
Daniel is fluent in English and Russian.
